Norwegians scrap tax exemption on biodiesel
The Norwegian government has won parliamentary approval for a controversial proposal to revoke an exemption from fuel tax on biodiesel. Germany scrapped tax breaks for most types of biofuels in 2006. The decision was backed by EU judges earlier this year
