Households' electricity use declines in 2007
Final electricity consumption in EU households in 2007 decreased for the first time since 1990, dropping from 806.52 in 2006 to 800.72 terrawatt hours (TWh), according to a report released on Monday by the EU's Joint Research Centre (JRC).
