NGO outcry at proposed ecolabel criteria for paper

Consumer and green groups have strongly criticised revised criteria proposed by the European Commission for awarding the EU's "Flower" ecolabel to copying and graphic paper. The criteria are "so weak they are meaningless at best", the groups said on Thursday.
