UN seeks to speed up talks on climate financing
The British and Ethiopian prime ministers, Gordon Brown and Meles Zenawi, will head up a new UN advisory group responsible for making concrete proposals for raising up to $100m annually by 2020 to help poor countries tackle climate change.
