Hedegaard takes pragmatic approach on climate
Climate commissioner Connie Hedegaard set out a pragmatic approach to global climate talks on Tuesday. Presenting an EU policy paper on a post-Copenhagen strategy, she insisted Europe should not "take on all the blame" for failure in the Danish capital.
