Bluenext halts spot trading over recycled CERs
French emissions exchange BlueNext, Europe's largest spot market for carbon credits, has temporarily suspended spot trading of Kyoto credits (CERs) following news reports that recycled" CERs sold by Hungary had landed on the European market.
