Czech Prunerov project 'not fully BAT compliant'

An impact assessment of a controversial Czech plan to upgrade the Prunerov coal-fired power plant has shown the project complies with all EU best available technique (BAT) requirements except for net unit energy efficiency and carbon monoxide limits.
