French senate backs BPA ban in feeding bottles
France's upper parliamentary house, the senate, has backed a proposal to ban the use of controversial bisphenol-A (BPA) in baby feeding bottles. The ban must be adopted by the lower parliamentary house, the Assemblée Nationale, before becoming law.
