Nine Spanish arrests in suspected carbon fraud
Nine individuals have been arrested and a further two charged as part of an ongoing Spanish investigation into a €50m "carousel" VAT fraud involving carbon emissions trading, the Spanish Guardia Civil announced on Tuesday.
