Ministers agree approach to Euro-Med water plan

Agriculture ministers meeting in Brussels on Monday agreed a joint position on a water strategy for the Mediterranean due to be adopted at the fourth Euro-Mediterranean conference in Barcelona in April. The conference will involve 43 countries.
