EU to auction 200m CO2 permits by 2013 – DB
The EU will auction about 200 million carbon allowances before the start of the third phase of its emission trading scheme (ETS) in 2013 to let power firms buy ahead to cover future emissions, Deutsche Bank predicted on Monday.
