Multiple auctioning platforms 'risk to EU ETS'
Setting up more than one platform for auctioning EU carbon allowances from 2013 risks being "extremely detrimental" to the carbon market, Diane Simiu from the French environment ministry said at a debate in Brussels on Thursday.
