Dutch investigation clears contested IPCC report
The scientific basis for EU and global action on climate change, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change's (IPCC) fourth assessment report, is reliable, an investigation by the Netherlands environmental assessment agency (PBL) has concluded.
