Norwegians capture mobile oil rigs in ETS net
All offshore operators on the Norwegian continental shelf must seek greenhouse gas emission permits for their mobile oil drilling rigs, the climate and pollution agency (Klif) announced on Tuesday. The requirement will apply from January 2011.
