Czechs to raise €2.6bn from carbon auctions
The Czech Republic will raise between €2.6bn and €5.3bn from the sale of carbon allowances during phase three of the EU emissions trading scheme (ETS), its environment ministry said at a round-table debate in Prague on Thursday.
