Czech presidency opens its green box
The Czech Republic has set out in full the environment policy achievements it expects to make during its six-month stint as the member state presiding over EU affairs. Prime minister Miroslav Topolánek outlined his government's plans for the presidency on Tuesday. Earlier, officials released draft agendas for ministerial meetings.
