Gothenburg treaty targets industrial dust emissions

Parties to the 1999 pan-European Gothenburg protocol on air pollution could soon agree new limits on dust emissions from stationary sources. The limits were discussed at a meeting of the UN's Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) last week.
