UK suffers setback in combustion plant court case

Britain should be condemned for failing to apply EU pollutant emission limits for large combustion plants (LCPs) to a coal-fired power plant in Lynemouth, east England, an adviser to the European Court of Justice (ECJ) said on Thursday.
