Norway faces dilemma over Arctic oil drilling

Norway faces a tough decision this autumn over whether to open up pristine parts of the Arctic for oil and gas drilling. Two reports issued last week, one by the environment ministry and the other by petroleum institute NPD, will inform its decision.
