Black marks for Norway's toxic waste facilities

Spot checks by Norway's Climate and Pollution Agency (Klif) and regional authorities have uncovered regulatory violations in 123 of 149 municipal and private treatment facilities for hazardous waste, the agency announced on Tuesday.
