Planned gigaliner tests in Germany 'unlawful'
A German pro-rail body is trying to block nationwide tests of so-called gigaliner lorries planned by the federal government for early 2011, saying that the tests are unlawful. These vehicles can be up to 25 metres* in length and weigh up to 60 tonnes.
