Ban on HFC-23 credits to apply from May 2013

International carbon credits from industrial projects aimed at cutting HFC-23 and nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions from adipic acid production will be banned in Europe from May 2013, four months later than the European Commission had initially proposed.
