UN begins second round of mercury talks in Japan

Delegates from 132 countries began talks in Chiba, Japan, on Monday to continue international negotiations on a legally-binding treaty for reducing mercury releases to the environment. The conference will pick up where a first UN meeting in Sweden left off.
