Sulphur limits not damaging oil burners – EC

A 0.10% EU limit on sulphur content in domestic heating oil that came into effect in January 2008 is not to blame for recent build-ups of deposits in oil burners observed in the UK, the European Commission has insisted in response to a parliamentary question.
