Bulgaria allowed to trade Kyoto credits again

The UN's climate body, the UNFCCC, has allowed Bulgaria to return to the international carbon market, following a ban last June for breaching the Kyoto protocol's rules on greenhouse gas reporting. The suspension was lifted last week.
