Fears of another IMO failure on energy efficiency

Hungary, the Czech Republic, Austria, Slovakia, Malta and Monaco are being urged to ratify the international Marpol Annex VI regulation on ship pollution in time for a tight vote on mandatory energy efficiency standards for new ships in July.
