NGOs set green tests for Dutch EU presidency
European environmentalist coalition EEB has set its traditional ten green challenges for the incoming EU presidency, starting with "greening the Lisbon process". The NGO called, in particular, for action to phase out environmentally harmful subsidies as agreed by EU leaders at their spring 2003 summit.
