Ethical investment screening methods reviewed

A new review of environmental and social screening of companies makes an important contribution to the field's development, claims its publisher the Swedish environmental research institute IVL. IVL says that many socially responsible investment actors keep their screening processes secret, whereas its study should help generate a high quality discussion on how methods can be improved. The report was co-financed by the Swedish environmental protection agency and financial company Skandia asset management. See IVL and report summary.
