The European Commission has published an overview of last week's successful world climate talks in Marrakech, repeatedly praising the "international leadership role" played during the negotiations by the EU. The document sets out the final agreement, plus what has been left to be resolved by the first meeting of parties, and provides an EU perspective on the political struggles in Marrakech, including key concessions won by Russia and Japan.
