Britain's environmental consultancy sector is continuing to grow rapidly despite broader economic uncertainties, according to a report from ENDS Europe DAILY's publisher, ENDS. According to the authoritative review - the fifth in a series published by ENDS since 1992 - the sector achieved a turnover of more than UK£900m (€1.4bn) in the year to April 2002, with 720 companies now active. Environmental legislation continues to be the main driver, though reputational concern is emerging as an important growth factor. See ENDS Market Analysis.
