All European carmakers except Daimler will meet their collective CO2 target for 2020 if they maintain the average rate of emission reductions, green group T&E said in an analysis released on Wednesday.
Manufacturers such as PSA, Fiat and Renault would have to reduce their emissions by an average of 3.7% per year to achieve the EU’s 95g/km target, which is just a bit higher than last year’s reduction rate of 3.3%, T&E notes.
