Environment council sets out EU plans for Bali

Ministers finalise bloc's official position for global climate talks, commission reveals next domestic steps

EU environment ministers have finalised the bloc's official position on how a successor to the Kyoto protocol should look ahead of international climate talks due to take place in Bali in December.
