The "remarkable results" of EU-funded hydrogen project HyFLEET:CUTE have shown that the technology is "in sight of commercialisation in Europe, a senior European Commission official said in the preface to a report presented this week.
Matthias Ruete, director-general of the commission's energy and transport, said the challenge was now to build upon the project's success. He urged all stakeholders to work together to move towards commercialisation.
