The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) will soon publish a list of all phase-in substances that have been registered so far under the REACH regulation, registration director Christel Musset told a stakeholders meeting in Helsinki on Monday.
The list will show what use the chemicals have been registered for, but not the name of the registering company. The measure is an effort to calm the fears of downstream users such as textile makers who are not involved in the registration process.
