Debate on 7EAP is premature, says Potočnik

Janez Potocnik was talking at a conference on future environment policy organised by the Belgian EU presidency in Brussels. Mr Potocnik said there were "many strong arguments" for having a new programme, but added that the issue should not be a priority at the moment. A final assessment of the existing plan is due in 2011.
