The Cyprus EU presidency has outlined how the concept of equivalent measures discussed as part of plans to green EU agriculture policy might be implemented. This is the last input from the outgoing presidency on the CAP reform.

The final recommendations on chapter 2 of a draft regulation on direct payments, which deals with the environmental aspect of the proposal, were issued last week following a ministerial debate and special committee meeting in December.
