Developing countries have criticised the EU for pushing for many decisions on climate finance to be deferred until 2015 at last week’s international climate talks.

The questions of how to mobilise greater financial support for developing countries’ emission reduction and climate adaptation efforts, and what financing arrangements should be put in place for the period after 2020, remain unanswered following two weeks of negotiations in Lima, Peru.
