A new target of no less than $100bn per year for financing greenhouse gas emissions reductions and adaptation to climate change in developed countries will be set by 2025 under the Paris Agreement

A new target of no less than $100bn per year for financing greenhouse gas emissions reductions and adaptation to climate change in developed countries will be set by 2025 under the Paris Agreement.

The minimum of $100bn for the new collective finance goal is the number that developed countries have already committed to delivering by 2020, and it will remain the annual target for the years leading up to 2025.
