The European Commission may be pressured into handing over files containing information on endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs), following a ruling by the European Court of Justice.

Earlier this week in Luxembourg (20 September), Pesticides Action Network Europe (PAN Europe) won a legal case against the Commission’s Trade Directorate for refusing to provide full access to 36 out of 55 EDC documents requested by the NGO.
