Financial institutions and asset managers must consider the sustainability and disclose the related risks of their investments, MEPs have said as they called for stronger measures than recently proposed by the European Commission.

Members of the European Parliament's committee of economic and monetary affairs (ECON) voted on Monday for measures that would strengthen recent European Commission proposals.
