With governments divided as environment ministers prepare to meet on Tuesday to agree their position on proposed post-2020 emissions limits for cars and vans, the electricity sector association Eurelectric is aiming high.

“It is very clear that there is a broad political and industrial will to go further”, Eurelectric secretary general Kristian Ruby told ENDS in the margins of an event in Brussels.
