European farmers’ groups have called MEPs to support proposals by governments for weaker cadmium limits in fertiliser in the latest round of negotiations next week on revised regulations

European farmers’ groups have called MEPs to support proposals by governments for weaker cadmium limits in fertiliser in the latest round of negotiations next week on revised regulations.

Copa and Cogeca said they were concerned by the limited progress made by negotiators from the European Parliament and EU Council on the revised regulations.
