Conditionality: The question mark that hangs over Europe's economic reboot

Conditionality is this week's buzzword. Brussels dwellers learned on Wednesday that they can now meet up to 10 people a week, providing it's outside, and the same 10 people, although you can change the cohort, or social 'bubble', from week to week.
