CORSIA: EU member states propose pre-pandemic baseline for aviation offsetting

Transport ministers have agreed to change the EU position on the global aviation offsetting mechanism CORSIA to exclude from its baseline the dramatic fall in CO2 emissions as a result of the Covid-19 lockdown.
