Commission faces legal challenge over blocking release of pesticides information

A pollinators campaign group has filed a complaint at the Court of Justice of the EU (CJEU) after the European Commission refused to grant it access to the voting records of member states on an EU committee that has failed to approve new pesticides testing guidance.
