Inside Brussels: The outlook for the rest of 2020

At the time of writing, the 27 prime ministers and presidents are cloistered in the beating heart of Europe for the first time since the coronavirus crisis took hold. On arrival, Slovenian prime minister Janez Janša said it was “high time” EU leaders got to grips with it. He and his colleagues would “make all efforts for Europeans not to be disappointed”.
