Blog: A Brussels rentrée like no other

Unsurprisingly, the coronavirus pandemic continues to dominate short-term planning as the EU institutions cranked back into life this week in a Brussels where the wearing of a face mask is now compulsory even on the streets (but not in cafes and restaurants, which appear to be doing a brisk trade, matched only by the briskness of the traffic on Brussels streets).
