Slovenia falls foul of post-Cold War treaty as UK energy firm sues

A London-listed oil and gas exploration company could be seeking substantial damages from the Slovenian government, it has come to light just days after 93 MEPs demanded an end to protection for fossil fuel investments under the Energy Charter Treaty (ECT).
