Half of EU dragging feet ahead of ‘renovation wave’ launch

As the European Commission prepares to launch a ‘renovation wave’ as part of its green deal, over half of member states are six months late in submitting long term renovation strategies (LTRS), and of those that met the deadline, only one complies with EU law, a report warns.
