Plans announced to restrict bisphenols and PFAS foams

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has submitted an intention to propose a restriction to restrict the use of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in firefighting foams, while the German authorities plan to propose a restriction on bisphenol A and related compounds.
